If you had billions in your account, would you suddenly be a better communicator and not feel shy? No.
Nothing about YOU will have changed.

Have you ever spoken to a rich person who only talks about money and they are obsessive about it?
That’s someone who draws their confidence from their money.
As a person they still feel insecure, so they use money like validation for their existence.

Doing this will lead you nowhere.

If you were best friends with the most famous people on earth, would you feel comfortable around them? Would you be able to just chat? When you talk to someone new, are you going to tell them all about how you know kevin hart, Ariana grande and everyone else?

Well then you haven’t solved your problem. You’re covering it with a veil of success to show other people that you’re “cool”.

You want validation. But YOU, are the same.

This one is the worst. You need skills to feel confident?

Which ones exactly? When will you know enough? This isn’t inner confidence. This is outer confidence. Confidence in your skills, knowledge, or abilities means you know you can do something and achieve a desired outcome. Outer confidence takes practice and experience.

Confidence in yourself comes from mindset. Inner confidence mindset gives you the courage to put yourself out there, and work towards your goals… without constant fear.

SO… here is the Mindset you actually need…

Realise that you are not a reflection of the outcome.
No matter what happens, you are still you.
The result only means you may have to acquire some skills or knowledge to get the results you want.
You are not the actions, the results, or this perfect self image… or anything else for that matter.

These are just more labels. You are actually just, someone who has a goal. Someone who is doing something they want to do. Someone who wants to have a different lifestyle.

Nothing is ever a reflection on you.

There is no problem with not being perfect right now, but that shouldn’t stop you from trying.
So there’s only two sensible beliefs…

I am good enough to try. I will be fine even if it doesn’t go well.
OR
I am already good enough to do what I want. I have all the skills I need.

NOTHING EXTERNAL WILL GIVE YOU TRUE CONFIDENCE

Now we’ll look at the top reasons people never and common barriers everyone faces.

Building Your Outer Confidence

You’ve now unlocked the next step, build your skillset.

You have to actually try because at some point, confidence becomes delusion. 
Yes, feel confident and courageous to go for your goals… 

But then you have to actually be good enough to succeed. You are already good enough to try.

Being good enough to succeed will require lots of different skills. Not just one thing.
For example, being a great coach 😌… means, listening, giving suitable advice, communication skills, speaking, marketing, sales, and so much more.

So think about all the different elements that will make you successful. These are the skills you MUST develop.

Regardless of what you believe or what has happened in the past, you must consider…

How does believing you aren’t good enough help you?
My clients tell me… “because then i’ll try harder and learn more”…. NO!!!
Because no matter how good we get at something we always try to develop. 

There is nothing in your life you thought you were good at, and decided to stop doing because you “felt” good enough. 
In fact, more than likely you probably decided to test yourself. 
And this is where the fear and doubt come in…

Because if you test yourself, you may realise that your belief or what you want to believe isn’t true. That’s why a lot of people never test their beliefs. 
Because what do you do if you fail or your worst nightmare is confirmed?

This is why confidence in yourself comes first. 

You are at the centre of the core belief chart… “I am”

If you think this mindset isn’t possible, then realise this…

You had this belief as a small child.

A child has no idea who they are. It is of no importance, because they know how they feel and that is all you need to communicate. 

That is the essence of “I Am”. There is only a feeling, no awareness, no skills, no thought, no validation. 

A child has limited vocabulary but that doesn’t stop them from talking. Because their aim is just to share their happiness and experience.
I know we want positive reactions from people, which is where children are lucky because people are nice to them.

But the mindset you must adopt to overcome that shyness is…

I want to share and will share just because I want to. Not because I want others to like it.

When YOU, have a presence which radiates “I Am”, like a child does; you won’t be thinking anymore… it will be your new way of life.
